We're all under the gun. Politically, literally—definitely not metaphorically.
They're spying on us, day by day, stacking a pile of shit against us.

The police (the ones you used to call when you were in trouble),
the fuckin’ judges (the ones who got you divorced),
the neighbors (the ones you once welcomed with a blueberry pie),
the politicians (the ones you were sure you voted for)—
all those starved vultures do nothing but dream of how to take advantage of you,
how to restore some quasi-justice against you.

And yes, for fuckin’ sure—in the name of their god.
Though frankly, I’m not even sure they worship just one.
Technically, those slaves have multiple owners.
A sort of hierarchical structure, influenced by cubism. Just saying.
